Aufgaben
- Unterstützung der Werks- und Produktionsleitung und der zugehörigen Abteilungen in administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
- Organisation, Koordination und von Meetings und Workshops, Terminen und Geschäftsreisen inkl. Reiseplanung sowie Abwicklung der Reisekostenabrechnungen
- Erstellung und Aufbereiten von Managementpräsentationen
- Planung und Organisation von Schulungen
- Pflege interner Kommunikationskanäle
- Steuerung ausgewählter Standort- und Organisationsprojekte in Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen
- Unterstützung bei standortweiten Initiativen
Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Fundierte Erfahrung als Assistenz, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen IT-Systemen (bspw. MS-Office, Sharepoint)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP und Excel
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Organisationsgeschick sowie eine selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamgeist und Flexibilität sowie Diskretion
- Selbstbewusste, offene und positive Ausstrahlung sowie ein souveränes Auftreten
