Your Role
You will develop innovative beverage applications with a strong focus on taste optimization and sugar reduction. The role supports R&T and flavor development teams by translating concepts into market-ready solutions, with a particular emphasis on fiber- and protein-enriched beverages.- Develop and optimize beverage concepts and applications, from idea to prototype
- Design functional beverages, especially in sugar-reduced and better-for-you segments
- Apply and refine taste balancing solutions for optimal sensory performance
- Prepare and evaluate beverage systems, compounds, and emulsions
- Lead or contribute to R&T projects within defined research priorities
- Collaborate closely with flavorists and global application teams
- Act as a technical interface for customers, supporting trials and discussions
- Ensure proper documentation and sharing of results within the team
Profil
About You
- Master's degree in Beverage Technology, Food Technology, or similar
- At least 2 years of experience in beverage or food application development
- Strong sensory skills, with a good understanding of taste modulation
- Basic knowledge of functional ingredients (e.g. proteins, fibers)
- Hands-on mindset with practical lab experience in beverage systems
- Fluent in English; German is a plus or willingness to learn
- Team-oriented with good communication skills and curiosity to learn
