Aufgaben und Anforderungen: Delivery Lead bei Circonomit GmbH
Hi, I'm Dana, CEO at Circonomit. We build a decision platform that industrial companies use to plan their production.
Aufgaben
- Each project starts with an open decision problem and incomplete ERP and Excel data. The customer needs to know early which result the available data supports.
- We run several customer projects in parallel, without a standard process for kickoff, scoping, data and first result.
- Requirements that come up in several projects need to go back into the product.
This role owns delivery from kickoff to the first usable result, including the process. You run customer meetings on your own, agree on scope and expectations, and hand the technical work to our engineers and modellers. You understand their work well enough to review it before it goes to the customer. That needs a technical background; building it yourself does not.
How you will be measured: time from kickoff to the first usable result, and how much of each project follows a repeatable process.
We came out of RWTH research, raised €2.8M with Vorwerk Ventures, and have customers using our models today. Small team, Cologne office.
Profil
- Technical background: engineering, computer science, data engineering, logistics and supply chain, or finance with operations research.
- 5+ years leading complex projects from scoping to delivery, in industry or technical consulting.
- Project management across several parallel projects, multiple stakeholders and fixed deadlines.
- Delegating technical work: briefing engineers and reviewing results.
- You have built or improved a delivery process.
- A track record of setting something up from scratch.
- Translating business questions into requirements for a model: objective, levers, data.
- Practical work with incomplete or inconsistent ERP and Excel data.
- German at C1 level or above, and fluent English. Customer conversations are in German.
- Existing work visa for Germany.
Bonus: hands-on experience building data pipelines or optimization models.
Wir bieten
- Ownership. Delivery from kickoff to the first usable result.
- Building it. The delivery process and the team behind it.
- Product input. Requirements that recur across projects go into the product.
- Customer projects. Live projects at manufacturing companies, on their production data.
- Direct collaboration. Small team, no org chart. We work directly together. Weekly feedback, both ways.
- Compensation. Competitive salary plus a VSOP package reflecting your contribution and development in the role.
- Hybrid work. Our HQ is in Cologne, and we meet there regularly. Customer meetings take you across the DACH region.
- Your setup and everyday extras. Hardware of your choice · AI tooling budget · sports membership · Deutschland-Ticket.
Process: An intro call, a second conversation with the team, a 60- to 90-minute live case with pre-read material, then conversations with the team online and in person.
"Hustle the day, analyse at night, reinforce something outstanding." Period.
