Aufgaben
- Lead and oversee global audit and inspection management activities, ensuring consistent compliance and operational excellence
- Define and implement the company-wide strategy for audit and inspection readiness across all relevant functions
- Manage and develop the team, including task allocation, prioritization, and fostering cross-functional collaboration
- Act as the central point of contact for escalations and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure structured execution and follow-up of external audits, including oversight of outsourcing partners and audit responses (e.g., CAPAs)
Profil
- A Master's degree in a relevant field, i.e. generally in the natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven leadership experience (7+ years) with the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA, Swissmedic) and inspection readiness frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate in complex, cross-functional environments
