Techniker – Wartung & Instandhaltung / (Junior) Equipment Technician (m/w/d)

As a technician for state-of-the-art equipment, you'll ensure that our high-tech systems in the cleanroom operate reliably from day one.


Aufgaben
  1. Keep the Fab running: Du kümmerst dich um Hightech-Anlagen, die Chips produzieren und führst präzise vorbeugende Wartungsarbeiten durch.
  2. Pioneer & Optimize: Du führst Sichtprüfungen durch, erkennst Unregelmäßigkeiten frühzeitig und hilfst uns aktiv dabei, unsere Reinraumstandards und 6S-Richtlinien zu optimieren.
  3. Smart Troubleshooting: Du analysierst Störungen, behebst Fehler mit unterschiedlichen Tools, um langfristige Lösungen zu finden.
  4. Teamwork & Impact: Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Experten zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf zu gewährleisten.

Profil
  1. Technical Foundation: Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Mechatroniker, Mechaniker, Elektriker oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Bereich.
  2. Experience & Drive: Wenn du bereits Erfahrung in der Halbleiterbranche hast, perfekt. Wenn nicht, dann bringen wir dir alles bei, was du wissen musst!
  3. Global Mindset & Communication: Englischkenntnisse auf B1-Niveau für technische Dokumentationen sowie anwendbare Deutschkenntnisse für die Kommunikation in Bezug auf Sicherheit und den Betriebsablauf vor Ort.
  4. Flexibility: Bereitschaft, in Schichten zu arbeiten, auch am Wochenende, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Fab zu gewährleisten.
  5. The Global Adventure: Du bist bereit, mit anderen Teamkollegen nach Taiwan zu gehen, um dich bei TSMC zum Experten für die Halbleiterfertigung weiterzubilden.
