For our team in Hammersbach, we are looking for a:
WMS Key user (m/w/d)
Aufgaben
- Own and ensure the stable operation and continuous improvement of the REPLY Warehouse Management System (WMS) at the Hammersbach site
- Act as first-level support for WMS incidents, working closely with users, second-level support and external IT service providers
- Support the implementation, rollout and further development of the WMS, including testing, UAT, go-live and hypercare activities
- Deliver training sessions for employees and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer, including the development of backup Key Users
- Ensure compliance with global standards (PEP), maintain master data, configure the system and monitor relevant KPI
- Support and implementation of WMS related projects
Profil
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, ideally within an FMCG or comparable environment
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and their interfaces with other business functions
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and experience in working with IT-driven solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage change effectively
- Excellent communication and training skills, and fluency in English
